Booking Terms

1. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, vehicle breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be rearranged.

2. Vehicle Access

  • The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time.
  • If keys are required, they must be handed over at the start of the appointment.
  • Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and any other payment methods you offer.
  • Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend the appointment or provide access to the vehicle may result in a call-out charge.

5. Condition of the Vehicle

  • While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, scratches, odours, pet hair, or other defects may not be fully removable.
  • We do not guarantee the complete removal of all contamination or damage.
  • Existing damage should be highlighted before work begins.

6. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the vehicle presents a health or safety risk, including excessive biohazards, needles, bodily fluids, infestations, or aggressive behaviour from customers or animals.

7. Weather

  • As we operate outdoors, appointments may need to be postponed due to heavy rain, snow, high winds, or other adverse weather conditions.

8. Water & Electricity

  • If your booking requires access to your water or electricity supply, this must be available unless a self-contained service has been agreed in advance.

9. Satisfaction

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us before we leave the premises. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.

10. Liability

  • We are fully insured for the services we provide.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, electrical issues, or defects that become apparent during cleaning.

11. Photography

  • We may take before and after photographs of vehicles for quality records and marketing purposes.
  • Registration numbers and personal information will be obscured unless you have given permission otherwise.
  • Please let us know before your appointment if you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service where:

  • The working environment is unsafe.
  • The customer behaves abusively or aggressively.
  • The vehicle contains hazardous materials.
  • The requested work falls outside the agre
